Refund Policy
All payments made to Panorama, including Subscription Fees and other service-related charges, are strictly non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy:

Non-Refundable Items:
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Subscription Fees (monthly or annual)
- Charges for special programming or additional services
- Activation or installation fees
- Delivery or administrative fees
- Any advance payments for partially used services

Refundable Equipment Deposit:
The following payments are non-refundable:
- A refundable deposit may be collected from the Customer for the use of Reception Equipment. The deposit will only be refunded under the following conditions:
- The Reception Equipment is returned in good working condition, without physical or water damage, and complete with all original accessories (e.g., remote, power cable, smartcard).
- The return is made within fourteen (14) days from the termination of service or cancellation notice.
- If the equipment is found to be damaged, lost, incomplete, or tampered with, the deposit will be forfeited partially or in full, at Panorama’s sole discretion.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@panoramatvasia.com.my and the approved refundable deposit will be returned to the Customer within thirty (30) business days from the successful verification of equipment return.

Refund Method:
Any approved refund will be:
- Credited to the Customer’s original payment method, or
- Offset against any outstanding amounts owed to Panorama, if applicable.

No Refunds for Service Termination by Customer
If the Customer chooses to terminate the service before the end of a billing cycle or contract period, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

Right to Amend
Panorama reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be published on https://panoramatvasia.com/terms-and-conditions/, and continued use of the services shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
